Hamilton Hall and LEAP for Education have teamed up to solve a common problem that has arisen from the COVID-19 pandemic, a lack of space for people to meet and socially distance.
With the Hall unable to currently fulfill our mission to provide a place for large social gatherings, we reached out to LEAP and offered much-needed space for its underserved college-bound students.
We are donating our space, utilities, and wifi to this worthy program. While we are still working out some logistical struggles— for instance, our wifi needs to be upgraded for the young scholars studying in our large ballroom— the partnership is off to a strong start.
We are looking to raise $1,000 on this global day of giving to continue to respond to this community need.
